VDA Inc. Preschools (California State Preschool Program) includes a Play-Based Learning Curriculum and physical education through the K.E.E.P. Program. The program is part of the California State Preschool Program and offers both part-day and full-day services. It provides a core class curriculum that is developmentally, culturally, and linguistically appropriate for the children served and aims to serve the whole child through a balanced meal program.

The mission of VDA Inc. Preschools is to provide a safe, nurturing, child centered, and quality educational environment that fosters a child’s individual success and a love of learning in collaboration with parents and the community. The program provides special education support, instructional coaching and training for the team, and services for connecting families to the resources they need. It also provides a food program, parent education, health and social service referrals for families, staff development opportunities, and career development to employees. Program sites participated in the Quality Rating and Improvement System initiative in their respective county.

The leadership team includes Alvin Vital, President/CEO; Hanadi Rousan, President/CEO and Program Director; Darla Sisana, Program Coordinator; Esmeralda Busby, Fiscal & HR Manager; Zeina Rousan, Director of Special Education; Bernadette Solorzano, Instructional Coach; and Farmersville Site Supervisor, Alondra Rojas. The Program Director holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. The Program Coordinator holds a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education. The Fiscal & HR Manager holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Management Accounting. The Director of Special Education holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada and is a credentialed K–12 Special Education teacher.

VDA Inc. is dedicated to serving children throughout the Central Valley and intends to develop successful partnerships with schools and communities in development of quality preschool services. These programs participated in the Quality Rating and Improvement System initiative in their respective county.

One parent from the Farmersville Child Development Center reports that the program focuses on age appropriate skills and facilitates the growth of each child, and describes changes in their child’s communication, social interaction, and early academic skills since August 2019. Another parent from the same center thanks the teachers “por la pasiencia y por ayudar a mi hijo a aprender y madurar.”
