About
Folsom Arts Association Art Camp offers workshops and art camps in the Folsom area. The program is part of a broader set of activities that also includes monthly artist demonstrations, quarterly ceramics enrichment program demos, and art demos that are free to the public.
• Schedule: Art Camp sessions are scheduled January 9–11, March 6–8, May 1–3, July 10–12, September 11–13, and November 6–8.
The Folsom Arts Association states that cultivating and supporting artists and art appreciation are the forces guiding the association, and that the artistic diversity of its membership is its strength. The association works with the City of Folsom Parks and Recreation Department to explore possible operational efficiencies to support the continued operation of The Gallery at 48 Natoma. The organization also offers bus trips to the San Francisco Legion of Honor and the San Francisco de Young Museum, and it has an arts scholarship program that awarded $1,000 to a Folsom Lake College student, Santino Sfrengeu. The 2026 Folsom Arts Association Board includes Lori Anderson (President), Annie O’Connell (Vice President), Carol Quinn (Secretary), Tony Schoen (Treasurer), Tim Midboe (Membership), Cindy Abraham (At-Large), Sandy Hilton (At-Large and City of Folsom Liaison), and Joyce Fuchs (Website/Newsletter).
