Bowman Martial Arts offers Taekwondo and other martial arts training that includes fitness, self-defense, and competition, including tournaments. The program also holds off-the-mat activities such as Dojang picnics, movie nights, and Parent Night Out events.

Bowman Martial Arts is led by owner Nicole Gomez, a 5th-Degree Black Belt and multi-time champion, along with a large team of certified martial arts instructors that includes Tony Humphreys, Jason Tran, Geneva Parman, M. Humphreys, R. Williams, S. Fife, J. Felker, N. Carlson, T. Senior, J. Varkey, J. Worden, H. Gomez, and D. Dewild. The program uses upgraded equipment such as new mats, new bags, and electronic gear, and has extra mat space that allows multiple martial arts classes to run at the same time. The school offers child-geared training adapted to how children learn today, uses Excellence sheets that students can take home with rewards for completion, and states a focus on developing students physically, mentally, and emotionally with an emphasis on confidence and self-esteem for kids.
