Folsom Lake Surf Soccer Club offers soccer activities that include Skills Clinics, Competitive Tryouts, and a Spring Break Camp. The program also includes participation options connected to the USL Youth League – Program Details and Surf Select, along with College Prep, 2023-2024 College Commitments, and Scholarships – Class of 2026.
Folsom Lake Surf Soccer Club operates within Folsom Lake’s Comp Soccer Club and is led by Jeff Gebo and Alana McHugh. Its mission is to create “the best of the best” experiences and opportunities for youth soccer players through its club, events, and facilities. The club states that it is located in the heart of the fastest growing city in Northern California and is quickly becoming the area’s premier soccer club. It describes a goal of being the preeminent soccer organization in Northern California at all levels and among families of all means, with a focus on excellent soccer programming, community building, first-rate service, and high-quality facilities. The club states that it will provide programming suitable for all ages and abilities and will actively seek to remove obstacles to participation, including language and financial barriers. It also notes that it is part of a network described as “55 Clubs Strong” and that it works in partnership with other organizations and individuals who share common objectives and values to support the local community.
