KidStrong Folsom is a kids' development center where children take part in movement, warm-ups, skill development, complex skills, obstacle courses, challenges, and games. Classes include physical activity such as games like tug of war, tire flips, and boot camp style exercises, along with puzzles, games, and mental challenges. Each 45-minute class is coach-led and includes learning, coaching, and a variety of structured activities.

KidStrong Folsom is built around science-based training that focuses on strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character. The curriculum is built by experts and designed by child development experts to improve emotional, physical, and mental skills, and it combines physical activity, cognitive development, and life skills. KidStrong Folsom uses age-based classes that meet kids where they are and includes physical, mental, and character development in every session.
Highly-trained coaches lead fun, coach-led games designed to build confidence and resilience and use games to develop life skills like teamwork, mental toughness, and sportsmanship. Activities are structured to promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility, while puzzles, games, and mental challenges are used to improve creativity, problem solving, and mental development. Parents join class on the floor with kids under 4 years old.
Each 45-minute class is built to develop strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character and starts and ends with a KidStrong affirmation to improve self-esteem. Students practice social greeting by shaking hands, making eye contact, and saying their name. There is an award ceremony each week recognizing kids and parents and celebrating progress, and kids can rank up, unlock new responsibilities, and celebrate progress along the way. Programming is specifically designed to improve kids' emotional, mental, and physical skills.
