Life Time Kids Camps offers Summer Camp with fun weekly themes that include sports, fitness and gym games, craft and creativity activities, fun swim, and electives such as dance, tumbling, cheer, arts & crafts, engineering, and offline coding. Campers may also participate in activities like Kids Studio classes based on adult studio formats, SOL Yoga, Warrior Sculpt, Shred, Ringside, LifeBarre, yoga, fitness and agility, sports sampler, rock climbing (for kids at least 5 years of age), tennis with modified balls and smaller racquets and courts, pickleball described as like tennis on a smaller court, and squash. The program includes options such as Junior Camp, Club Read, Club Play, Club Move, Club Create, Club Build, community connection time, fun swim, swim lessons, swim team, and Friday on-site and off-site field trips that can include destinations such as museums, movie theaters, zoos, onsite petting zoos, and onsite carnival games.

• Schedule: Typical camp day runs 9am–4pm, with optional before care up to 2 hours before camp and after care up to 2 hours after camp; registration for 2026 Summer Camps opens Jan. 1 at 8am for 2025 Summer Camp participants, Jan. 15 at 8am for Signature Members, and Feb. 1 at 8am for Standard Members.

Campers have access to Friday on-site and off-site field trips, with specific field trip destinations listed on the camp registration page for each individual week, and field trips are included in the camp fee. Camp electives vary by location based on the programming and amenities available, and camp offerings and activities vary by club. The program is exclusively for Life Time junior members, ages may vary by club, and curbside drop-off and pick-up, healthy snacks, and optional before and after care at no additional cost are available. Campers can bring a lunch from home or purchase lunch through the LifeCafe, licensed transportation is used for off-site field trips, and rock climbing is led by a highly trained instructor.
