• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Classes meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays with separate time blocks for beginner–novice and intermediate–advanced wrestlers
Established in 1995, Mad Dawg Wrestling Club has prepared young wrestlers for over 20 years and has been a trusted member of the Folsom wrestling community for over 30 years. Expert instruction is provided by passionate and experienced collegiate level head coaches and former alumni/prep wrestlers, led by Coach Fidel. Instruction is geared toward all levels, from beginner through veteran wrestlers, with an emphasis on proper wrestling technique and conditioning. The club has been responsible for training some of the most successful wrestlers in the region and has trained more League champions, SJS Masters champions, and California CIF State wrestling qualifiers and placers than any other program. Elite wrestlers from hours away have traveled to train there. Training takes place in the Folsom High School Varsity wrestling room, which is home to 8 League Championships and 2 D1 - SJS Section Wrestling Championships. The program is open to all of the Sacramento area wrestling community, all ages are welcome, and the first class is free.
