Mad Dawg Wrestling Club offers wrestling training in folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco. Practices can include stretching, running, and weight lifting, and all registered participants receive a club t-shirt. The club also offers local wrestling tournaments on Saturday mornings, and a USA Wrestling card is required for tournaments.

- Alpha Dawg Wrestling Club — 3rd to 8th grade middle-school wrestlers · An intense, advanced wrestling program for the most experienced middle-school wrestler and an extension of the Mad Dawg Wrestling Club.

About the provider
The club was established in 1995 and is described as a trusted member of the Folsom wrestling community for over 30 years. Leadership includes Coach Duane Fidel, experienced coaches from Folsom High School and Sutter Middle School, assistants, members of the Folsom High School Wrestling Team, and occasional guest coaches from the Sacramento wrestling community. The club states that it serves boys and girls in grades K-12, offers off-season training for middle school and high school athletes, and gives younger elementary school-aged athletes introductory exposure to wrestling.
1st class is free. All ages welcome. Join anytime while space is available. Pre-register to secure a spot. Practices and competitions are not mandatory. Athletes can participate in local wrestling tournaments on Saturday mornings.
