Sacramento Skills Academy

Sacramento Skills Academy offers high-level basketball training with a focus on basketball skill development and enhancement. The program includes high level basketball instruction and demonstration for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Training covers offensive and defensive concepts, ball handling, shooting, rebounding, footwork, body control, screening, passing, and moving without the ball, with an emphasis on endurance, toughness, and a strong will in today’s game.

Sacramento Skills Academy’s mission is to provide young athletes year-round access to a premier basketball skill development and enhancement program in Sacramento, using high level basketball instruction and demonstration to give players the skills necessary to be successful on and off the court. The leadership team includes SAC Skills Academy Owner Danielle Viglione, along with SAC Skills Coaches Sam Luong, Devean George, Ruthie Bolton, Edna Campbell, Niko Williams, Sundiado Tirado, and Marcus Forbes, and SAC Skills Trainer Paul Wilmott. Additional staff include Megan, who serves as both SAC Skills Coach and SAC Skills Trainer, and Brandy, who is a SAC Skills Trainer. Hall of Fame inductee Danielle Viglione has been recognized in the Sacramento Hall of Fame, CIF, and the Texas Hall of Honor. The program has teamed up with Play 4 Him, and ministry is stated as the number one priority for the organization.
