The Curious Brush

The Curious Brush offers after-school weekly classes, morning weekly classes, a Backpack Charm workshop, art camps on school holidays, Halloween art, Christmas art, birthday parties, and private classes. The workshop activity includes sculpting a charm from clay and attaching a keychain clip. Birthday parties include 1.5 hours of art at the studio, 30 minutes afterward for celebration, and art supplies for up to 10 kids.

About the provider

The Curious Brush was started in 2016. Julie Reed is listed as the leader, and the program is a vendor with Horizon, Cottonwood, South Sutter, Visions, Feather River, Clarksville, Lake View, and Pacific Charter Institute. Its mission statement says: "Encourage kids to explore art, experiment with different materials, and create in new ways. The experience matters as much as the masterpiece."
