Orange County Judo Training Center

Orange County Judo Training Center offers judo classes for ages 4 to 7, ages 8 to 13, and Adult and Teens All Levels. The class schedule includes Mon, Wed, Fri 5:00 PM–6:00 PM for ages 4 to 7, Mon, Wed, Fri 6:00 PM–7:30 PM for ages 8 to 13, and Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri 7:30 PM–9:30 PM plus Tue, Thu 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for Adult and Teens All Levels. Gi is required for all judo classes, and loaner Gis and belts are available.

About the provider

Juan Montenegro is the Head Judo Instructor. He has been a judo sensei in Orange County for more than 20 years, came to the United States in 1986, and has lived in the area since then while teaching judo. At age 17, he received his black belt from the Peru Judo Federation, became a member of the National Team in Peru, was a 4x National Champion in Peru, and is a 6th degree black belt. He has taught judo to thousands of kids and adults and has donated his time to clinics, camps, and visits to other martial arts instructors’ dojos.
