YWCA Glendale and Pasadena

Partnership for Success offers over 40 courses in Math, Science, Technology, Humanities, and the Arts. The program serves more than 400 Pasadena Unified School District students each year, with an average class size of 16.

Founded in 1990, Partnership for Success is a collaboration between Pasadena schools Chandler, Mayfield Junior, Polytechnic, Westridge, and the Pasadena Unified School District. The leadership team includes Dr. Jessica Pérez del Toro as Executive Director and John W. Bracker as Board Chair. The program boasts a 100% college attendance rate for its students, with over 90% returning each year.
