Applause Music Academy offers private lessons, semi private lessons, group classes, and summer classes in music. The program also includes exam prep, studio workshops, recitals, festivals, and opportunities to participate in examinations at state, national, and international levels, including Certificate of Merit, ABRSM, and RCM examinations.

Applause Music Academy was founded in 2018 and was established in the city of Glendora in 2018. The academy describes itself as a premiere destination for music education with three convenient locations and offers both in person and online lessons, as well as a hybrid option. Lessons are personalized with a Musician Success Path and supported by evaluation preparation and motivational programs, and students are encouraged to participate in multiple performances per year, including 2 formal recitals, as well as studio workshops, recitals, festivals, and examinations at state, national, and international levels. All of the teachers are described as highly qualified with a strong music education background and are fully FBI background checked and DOJ cleared.
The owner and founder is Dr. Tigranuhi Han, also referred to as Dr. Tig, and the leadership and admin team includes Christina (Manager), and Ashley, Richie, Mandy, Bella, and Cynthia (Admin). The academy states that it provides a vibrant and personalized music education experience in a supportive and inclusive space, focusing on each student’s talents, needs, and special interests, with a commitment from the owner to helping students pursue their musical dreams and instill a life-long passion for musical arts. The academy describes itself as community-focused, where students of all ages and skill levels can pursue their musical passions in a friendly, accommodating, and safe place to learn and make lasting friendships, and it proudly accepts charter school funds and partners with charter schools.
