7 Elementz Martial Arts Training offers private and semi-private martial arts lessons that include jujitsu, karate, boxing, and weapons training. Instruction also covers disarmament proficiency, grappling proficiency, and striking proficiency. The program includes women’s classes, ATK classes, and law enforcement training taught by a certified martial arts instructor who comes to the home.

7 Elementz Martial Arts Training provides personalized martial arts instruction tailored to individual goals, skill level, and learning style, with a customized curriculum for each session focused on specific needs and goals. The program is described as family-friendly martial arts training suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels and offers flexible scheduling options including morning, afternoon, or evening sessions. Its Seven Principles of Philosophy are Health Awareness, Physical Proficiency, Mental Proficiency, Weapons Proficiency, Disarmament Proficiency, Grappling Proficiency, and Striking Proficiency.
7 Elementz has been serving communities since 1992. The program is led by Paul Frampton (Master Frampton), a certified martial arts instructor and longtime martial artist with over four decades of martial arts experience. Master Frampton is a Grand Master in Kenpo Karate, a 5th-degree black belt in Jujitsu, and is highly skilled in the use and application of a variety of weapons as well as exercise equipment. He has previously run two schools in Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills and has provided training to high-level law enforcement, including FBI Agents and U.S. Marshals.
The mission of 7 Elementz Martial Arts Training is to provide every man, woman, and child the highest quality of martial arts training so they become empowered to live richer, more rewarding, and meaningful lives, and in so doing contribute to a stronger community. 7 Elementz was founded with the community in mind, with a belief that by offering and providing high-quality martial arts training to all members of the community, they can enhance the community as a whole. Master Frampton has used his skill set to design and teach programs for individuals ranging from high-level law enforcement to special needs children. He previously developed the ATK program (Adaptive Therapeutic Karate) vendored through Alta Regional Center and has worked with many individuals who receive services from Alta Regional Center, which focuses on providing children and teens with opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and community engagement.
