The camp is American Camping Association Accredited. The leadership team includes Executive Director Elias Esquivel.

The mission of Leoni Meadows Youth Camps states that the camp remains committed to providing fun, exciting, and Jesus-filled experiences and to helping people connect with nature and the God of nature. Through support from friends and parents, a campership fund is available to help families with financial needs, and the camp states that no child should be turned away because of finances. Leoni Meadows takes fire safety and preparedness seriously and is rebuilding after the Caldor Fire. The camp maintains a camp bank for camper money, with unspent money returned before checkout, and operates a camp store that sells souvenirs, t-shirts, sweatshirts, ice cream, and other items. Photography and recording of campers and visitors may be used for promotional purposes, and presence at Leoni Meadows Youth Camps grants permission for use of these images and recordings.
