Leoni Meadows Youth Camps is part of a Christian summer camp and retreat center that is owned and operated by the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and has been offering Christian camping since 1978. The program states that it is there to bring campers closer to each other and to God and remains committed to providing fun, exciting, Jesus-filled experiences. Leoni Meadows Camp is American Camping Association Accredited, has a zero tolerance policy for bullying, and states that any type of physical aggression results in the child being sent home immediately. Camp fees are used only for daily operational expenses, while capital improvement projects are funded by supporters and the Northern California Conference.

A registered nurse is on duty at camp 24 hours a day, each specialty camp has certified first aid staff or a registered nurse at all times, and staff members hold current CPR and first aid certification. The Executive Director is Elias Esquivel. Leoni Meadows takes fire safety and preparedness seriously and notes that significant portions of the camp, including main buildings, remained intact after the Caldor Fire. A Campership fund is available to help families with financial needs through support from friends, parents, generous supporters, and the Northern California Conference, and Leoni Meadows appreciates everyone who has helped physically and financially during the rebuilding process.
