Camp Kidaca offers activities such as outdoor play, circle time, stories, crafts, outdoor water play, swimming, active and cooperative games, creative time, camp challenges, themed activities, projects, adventures, physical games, art, leadership activities, video games, chill time, large group games, traditional games, and a guided hike around Crawford Lake. Campers may also take part in growing food and healthy eating activities. Camp Kidaca Lite introduces campers to a full-day camp experience, and Camp Kidaca (6–12yrs) includes a weekly trip by school bus to a local destination, with a t-shirt included in the fee for the camper to wear on the trip.

• Price: Camp Kidaca Lite (Ages 4–5 years): $169.35/week, $178.75/week (non-resident). Camp Kidaca With Trip (Ages 6–12 years): $212.18/week (includes camper t-shirt fee), $221.58/week (non-resident). Camp Kidaca No Trip (Ages 12–15 years): $216.21/week, $225.61/week (non-resident).

Camp Kidaca locations are Ontario Camps Association and HIGH FIVE® accredited. All locations are Ontario Camps Association and HIGH FIVE® accredited. The City of Hamilton offers an enhanced youth camp with themes and guests every week for ages 12–15 years. Camp Kidaca is one of the City of Hamilton's most popular programs.

Participants in Camp Kidaca Lite must be able to use the washroom independently and be at least 4 years old at the start date of the program. Campers are required to wear a life jacket when using the wave pool and will swim exclusively in the shallow area with reduced ratios. Campers are also required to wear lifejackets in the Eazy River, and there is a minimum height requirement of 47 inches to use the water slides. A Support Program is available for campers living with disabilities or those who require additional support in order to integrate and participate in Camp Kidaca and Youth programs, with a limit of up to 2 weeks for City-provided inclusion counsellors, while campers can sign up for unlimited weeks with their own support worker.
