Camp Trinity at the Bar 717 Ranch

Camp Trinity at the Bar 717 Ranch offers Camp Trinity summer camp for ages 7 to 16. The camp runs as two-week overnight sessions, and campers can choose from activities each day. A day at camp includes optional chores from 7:00am-8:00am, breakfast from 8:00am-9:00am, activities from 9:30am-12:00pm, lunch from 12:15pm-1:00pm, rest hour from 1:15pm-2:15pm, river swimming from 2:30pm-5:00pm, shower time from 5:00pm-6:00pm, dinner from 6:00pm-7:00pm, evening activities from 7:15pm-9:00pm, and bedtime from 9:00pm-9:30pm.

About the provider

Camp Trinity at the Bar 717 Ranch has been operating since 1930 and is California’s oldest accredited co-ed summer camp. The camp is led by Gretchen and Kent, the camp directors. Its mission is to provide a rustic, outdoor camp experience where people of all ages can follow their curiosity, develop new skills, and contribute to a supportive, fun-loving community. The philosophy is rooted in cooperation, resourcefulness, and respect for the land.

Free-choice, tech-free program. Camperships are available for all sessions except Family Camp. Deposit is $500 per session. There is a $250 cancellation fee for any cancellation of Camp session(s).
