Kids Kung Fu

Kids Kung Fu offers a range of activities including martial arts, fitness, sparring, drills for self-defense, and weapons training. The program is held at Great Sage Kung Fu, where children engage in these structured activities under the guidance of experienced instructors.

Sifu Billy Thomas, who leads the program, has 33 years of martial arts training and teaching experience. The mission of Great Sage Kung Fu is to combine character development from Shaolin Kung Fu with practical self-defense techniques from Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu. The program also supports local businesses by helping improve their employees' health and wellness.
