San Benito Robotics offers mentor-based programs where students take part in activities that build Science, Technological, Engineering, Artistic, and Mathematical skills. Participants can join organized teams and events in FIRST Lego League, First Tech Challenge, First Robotics Competition, and the American Rocketry Challenge. The program also includes designing, building, testing, and launching model rockets.

Founded in 2023, San Benito Robotics (SBR) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on mentorship and exposure to the field of robotics for students in San Benito County. Its mission is to give students access to mentors and robotics-related materials and to create an environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and collaboration among students of all ages. San Benito Robotics hosts and supports FIRST Lego League, First Tech Challenge, First Robotics Competition, and the American Rocketry Challenge, which is described as the world’s largest student rocket competition. What the program offers is reviewed by qualified engineers and industry partners. SBR is committed to supporting high school robotics teams by building an organization that can provide funds and mentorship and is working on releasing monthly newsletters with accomplishments, upcoming plans, and community opportunities.
