HBCSD Preschool Academy Fee-Based Preschool Program includes daily activities such as Circle Time/Stories, Outside Play, Snack, Small Groups, Literacy, Music & Movement, Art, Math, Centers, Free Choice Art, Science, Writing, Group Time, Lunch, Rest/nap Time, GLAD, Story, and Game. Children in the program also use an Extracurricular Classroom (STEAM/Calming Room/Library) and take part in library visits and music classes.

The program serves toddler children who are 2 years old and preschool children who are 3–5 years old. Children enrolled in tuition-based sessions bring their own lunches, and transportation is the responsibility of parents or guardians. To begin the enrollment process, families submit the 2025-26 New Enrollment form with the $100 non-refundable, non-transferable annual enrollment fee and provide copies of all current immunizations and original birth certificates. Experienced, highly qualified, and licensed Early Childhood Instructors lead the classes, with a ratio of 1 instructor to 8 children and a maximum of 24 children.
