Los Angeles Rams Football Camps focus on developing the fundamentals of football through football instructional drills and competitions within camper groups. Campers work on improving speed, football IQ, and playmaking ability in a non-contact camp setting.
Performance Camps are led by professionals from the Los Angeles Rams who are former NFL players and All-American collegiate athletes, and camps are staffed by former NFL and collegiate players and coaches. The camp curriculum promotes character development by encouraging a competitive mindset and highlights transferable life skills gained through playing football and how those skills translate to habits in the classroom.
Both camp formats are co-ed, and campers are separated into groups based on their rising grade and positions. Position Camps provide position-specific development and the opportunity to compete alongside some of the top athletes from across Los Angeles, with chances to interact with special guests who have worn the Rams uniform, meet the Rams Cheerleaders, and see the Super Bowl LVI Trophy up close. Performance Camps include special appearances by Rampage and the Rams Cheerleaders, and lunch is provided by Carl's Jr. at these camps. All campers receive an official camp T-shirt at check-in, water is provided for both camps, and certified medical staffing is on-site.
For Rams football camps, participants should wear shorts and cleats, with athletic tennis shoes acceptable if a child does not have cleats. All campers are welcome to wear a mouthpiece, but it is not required. Parents may stay and watch the whole Performance Camp, and there is a designated parking lot on-site for parents who wish to park and walk their child to check-in. For Position Camps, it is drop-off only for parents unless a Rams staff member has approved a request to stay. Campers receive an exclusive discounted ticket offer for select 2026 Rams home games at the conclusion of camp. All sales are final with no exchanges or refunds, except for a potential refund with a doctor’s note in case of injury and in the case of inclement weather with a potential rescheduled camp and/or refund.
