Training Camps offers youth fitness, sports performance, and strength and conditioning that include core development, speed and agility, flexibility, balance training, and cardiovascular training. The program includes mentoring, faith-based mentoring, assessment, corrective exercise, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, and athletic training. Participants also take part in positive team-building and work on foundational and fundamental skills, along with nutrition counseling, nutrition consulting, diet and nutrition, weight management, pliability training, and adult fitness.

• Schedule: Every Monday the program goes to Traver schools to meet kids there.
Training Camps includes faith-based athletic training and faith-based mentoring through the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition. The program offers faith-based mentoring and fitness training for youth and adults of all levels with like-minded trainers in an environment that nurtures and respects each person’s walk with Christ. The Director of Training is Lance Garrett, CFT, who has been a certified personal trainer for over 25 years, and families train with experienced and certified fitness experts. The program has 25+ years of experience. Every Monday, Training Camps goes to Traver schools to meet kids where they are, and it offers scholarships for those who qualify. The program is partnering with a club and school teams to enhance positive outcomes and seeks to work together with other organizations to do faith-based mentoring through the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition.
