About
Hart Academy of Dance offers dance lessons and dance classes that include ballet, contemporary, pom-pom, jazz, acrobatics, industry hip-hop, pre-school combo, praise & worship, tap, conditioning, and turns & leaps. The program also offers themed dance camps that include crafts, story time, and an end-of-week performance for families. A cheer, dance, and song training track is also available for interested dancers.

Hart Academy of Dance has four studio programs called Academy, Performance, Company, and Cheer, Dance, & Song Training Track, and offers programs for dancers from their first class through advanced training. The studio offers themed summer camps in multiple styles of dance for varying ages and levels, as well as optional performance opportunities including an end-of-year recital. Free trial classes are available, and a Hart Store provides Hart Academy merchandise, dance shoes, tights, and dance wear with in-studio and online orders for pick-up. All staff are American Red Cross Certified and have been professionally background checked. The owner, academy director, and competition director is Diana Gregor, who has led the studio since purchasing it on June 1, 2006. The studio is recognized as the fastest-growing dance studio in Orange County and is a “More Than Just Great Dancing!” affiliated studio. The stated mission is to support each child’s growth as a dancer and a person, to offer a “second home” for students, and to provide teachers who are described as good role models while teaching strong technique. Hart Academy of Dance is described as a community where relationships are built and a lifelong family is created, and it has supported the local community through a generous donation to Olinda Elementary.
