The gym welcomes beginners and experienced students and offers programs for kids, teens, and adults, including youth-focused Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, fun and safe Muay Thai training for kids, high-intensity Muay Thai classes for adults, and boxing for teens and adults. New students can attend a first free class and are told they can come with no gear.
