Manifest MMA offers MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and wrestling classes for kids, teens, and adults. The program also lists Muay Thai for kids, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for youth, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for adults, Muay Thai for adults, and boxing for teens and adults. The age range is 5 to 19.
