Gracie Jiu-Jitsu La Palma – Gracie Bullyproof Kids Martial Arts offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for children through its Gracie Bullyproof Mat Munchkins, Little Champs Kids Martial Arts, and Jr. Grapplers Kids Martial Arts programs. In Mat Munchkins, children take part in classes that use fun games and simple techniques. The Little Champs program includes kids martial arts classes that infuse self-defense skills, respect, discipline, and focus, while Jr. Grapplers focuses on building confidence so children can overcome bullying without violence, using the Gracie Bullyproof approach that does not teach punches or kicks but focuses on neutralizing, defending, controlling, and negotiating.
