Dance Code Ballroom Studio Kids Program offers instruction in competitive style Ballroom and Latin dances, including cha-cha-cha, samba, rumba, paso doble, jive, salsa, waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, and quickstep. The program includes preparation for juvenile, junior, and youth dance competitions and shows, as well as travel and dance competitions. Children in the program also learn proper behavior and etiquette on the dance floor, and can take part in group classes where no partner is necessary and social connections are built.

Dance Code Ballroom Studio Kids Program includes a special program to teach competitive style Ballroom and Latin dances for kids starting from the age of 4, with a primary focus on competitive Latin dancing. The program also offers instruction in other popular dances such as salsa and standard dances like waltz, tango, Viennese waltz, foxtrot, and quickstep. Private dance lessons are available for all levels, including kids classes from 4 years old and up, and private lessons are offered for singles, couples, and small groups with a personalized pace and level of instruction. The program features special events and functions, new dance routines, and the Legends Latin Dance Camp, a three-day intensive with world-renowned coaches for immersive training in Latin ballroom dancing.

The program is led by founders and professional ballroom dancers and instructors Kirill Nikitin and Jenya Kanchukova, along with ballroom dancer and instructor Timur Valiev. Kirill Nikitin is a professional dance instructor and competitor who started dancing at the age of 13, studied at the University of Physical Education and Sports, was 11th in the IDSF World Ranking, a finalist in the Russian National Championships, and 2nd in the Moscow Championship. In Moscow, Kirill starred in the television show Dancing With the Stars, opened his own dance studio, and produced a reality show about ballroom dancing called “Let's Dance,” and he also worked as an Art Director at Rossinca Heritage School in San Jose. Jenya Kanchukova is a professional world class dance instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching competitive and social dancing, was a semi-finalist of the International Dancesport Championships in England, and placed 17th in the Blackpool Dancesport Festival in England. Jenya has been a champion and finalist in national and international competitions such as Ohio Starball, California Open, Dancesport Montreal, Vegas Open, and Atlanta Open, and she has been a conservatory instructor at Orange County School of Arts (OCSA) in Orange County for 7 years. Timur Valiev is a ballroom dancer and instructor, 3-time Belorussian National Champion, Russian National Finalist, and US National Finalist.

The program’s stated mission is to offer a variety of ballroom classes to take any level of student, from child to adult, to their desired level of dancing, with a focus on providing top quality dance education for the Orange County community.
