Wilderness Skills Campout

Wilderness Skills Campout offers a variety of hands-on activities for children, including planting trees, clearing brush, looking for frogs, eating wild plants, making a fire by friction, and dyeing a shirt with berries. The program is dedicated to facilitating meaningful connection to the natural world.

Started in Fairfax, California in 2008, Vilda is a 501c(3) non-profit organization focused on nature connection for all and teaching earth skills for future generations.
