Baseball Resource Group Programs offers a Rec Ball program, a Coaches program, a High School program, and a Collegiate program. The program also runs coaches’ clinics and camps and features pro instructors Chris Gwynn, Gary Patchett, Tarrik Brock, and Steve Keifer. Rec Ball focuses on fundamental skills for young athletes who are new to the game, while the High School and Collegiate programs focus on advanced training, development opportunities, and recruitment support.

Baseball Resource Group (BRG) was established by leaders Mishael “Coach Izzy” Israel, Reggie Smith, Tarrik Brock, and Gary Patchett, who bring over 150 years of combined professional baseball experience. BRG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and its mission is to empower baseball student-athletes by providing top-tier training, mentorship, and development opportunities. The organization focuses on training, development, and mentorship for student-athletes from diverse communities, with an emphasis on pursuing professional baseball careers through collegiate paths, and is guided by the principles of Excellence, Teamwork, Inclusivity, and Community. Operating primarily in California with Lake Elsinore as its central hub, BRG maintains strong connections with local communities, schools, and families and has announced an upcoming Community Day on Saturday, November 16th, as well as coaches’ clinics and camps starting in February 2025.
