Fondazione Italia offers Italian language classes for children and teens. Its offerings include Primi Passi and Piccoli Amici with theme-based units, singing, movement, interactive exercises, and arts and crafts, plus small-group classes such as Crescendo, Parlo Italiano 1A, Parlo Italiano 2A, Parlo Italiano 4, Ragazzi Italiani 1, Ragazzi Italiani 2, AP® Italian Prep 1, and AP® Italian Prep 2. It also offers Kids Private and Kids Private – TRIAL for all levels.

• Primi Passi — 12 months to 2.5 · Beginning toddler Italian language class; in-person and online; theme-based units with singing, movement, interactive exercises and arts & crafts.
• Piccoli Amici — 3 to 4 · Beginning toddler Italian language class; in-person and online; theme-based units with singing, movement, interactive exercises and arts & crafts.
• Kids Private — All Ages · All levels.
• Kids Private – TRIAL — All Ages · All levels.
• Crescendo — 5 to 6 · Beginning kids Italian language class; in-person or online; small group setting.
• Parlo Italiano 1A — 7 to 11 · Beginning kids Italian language class; in-person or online; small group setting.
• Parlo Italiano 2A — 7 to 11 · Pre-Intermediate kids Italian language class; in-person or online; small group setting.
• Parlo Italiano 4 — 7 to 12 · Intermediate kids Italian language class; in-person or online; small group setting.
• Ragazzi Italiani 1 — 13 to 16 · Beginning teen Italian language class.
• Ragazzi Italiani 2 — 13 to 16 · Pre-Intermediate teen Italian language class.

About the provider

Fondazione Italia was founded in 1998. Its mission is to promote the teaching of the Italian language and culture across Southern California. It works in close collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Los Angeles and San Francisco and supports K-12 Italian teachers and their curricular programs in local schools.
