Rock-N-Water Christian Camps offers overnight summer camps, weekend retreats, special events, school field trips, and outdoor learning opportunities. Participants can take part in 49er Fun trips, Living History trips, California Living History Field Trips, whitewater rafting trips, and tours of historical sites and museums.

Rock-N-Water Christian Camps was founded in 1989. The organization describes its mission as seeking to safely lead people into the wonder of God’s creation through adventures that are designed to help them grow personally, relationally, and spiritually. It is a Christian organization that emphasizes biblical principles and uses nature, friendship, and challenge to develop character, and it is tobacco free and alcohol free.
The staff consists of Christians with strong outdoor leadership skills who have lifeguard training, swiftwater rescue, and 1st Aid & CPR. The leadership team includes Joel Jay (Camp Director); Hannah Barnes (Kitchen Manager, Admin Assistant & Living History Guide); Gwen McLenachen (Operations Manager); Tara Schnetz (Living History Coordinator); Tiffiny Farley (Reservations); Aidan Lende (Adventure Program Coordinator); Luke Haley (Systems Tech & Adventure Guide); and Tracy Rothman (Reservations), along with additional Outdoor Adventure Staff and Living History Guides. The program notes that it is safety focused and that rafting photos, meals, and snacks are included, with no added fees and clear pricing.
Rock-N-Water Christian Camps offers high-quality religious-based field trips to private Christian schools in California.
