Murrieta Valley Junior Golf has been developing golfers throughout the Inland Empire for over 10 years and has conducted its league for over 10 years with no unfilled program. Programs are led by PGA Golf Professionals with decades of competitive playing and coaching experience, including Coach Ryan Kolk, PGA. The High School Prep Program focuses on preparing players for high school competition and beyond, and High School Prep Team players participate in a double-practice format with smaller training groups for more individualized instruction and on-course development.

The program includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced teams, including many top high school players and future Division I golfers in the valley. All players in the PGA Jr. League are eligible to participate in Friday home matches throughout the season, and matches and events are held at local courses such as Journey at Pechanga, Temecula Creek Inn, Glen Ivy, General Old, and California Oaks. For practices, players are asked to arrive 10 minutes early and bring a small bucket of range balls purchased from the golf shop, and players are not required to ride in a cart during matches.

Murrieta Valley Junior Golf offers a Special Needs (Special Abilities) group clinic that is scheduled on a weekday at 4pm, usually on Tuesday at 4pm, assuming enough kids. Murrieta Valley Junior Golf announced a partnership with Defy Fitness, and as part of this partnership, all current and past Murrieta Valley Junior Golf students are eligible to receive one free 75-minute introductory fitness class at Defy Fitness.

Coach Ryan Kolk, PGA, has received multiple awards from the Southern California PGA Inland Empire, including the 2025 SCPGA IE Youth Development Award, the 2024 SCPGA IE Teacher of the Year, and the 2023 SCPGA IE Youth Development Award. Coach Kolk also won the SCPGA IE Match Play Championship, with finals held at Bear Creek on 1/26/26, earning exemptions into Asher Tour events, and won an SCPGA IE event on 6/1/2026 at Arrowhead Country Club in the Pro-Pro Scramble by 3 strokes. Murrieta Valley Junior Golf states that it is dedicated to helping players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors, reach their full potential.
