All Five is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides early childhood education through the Kriewall-Haehl Infant Toddler Program and a Preschool Program. The program uses an emergent curriculum and states that it provides students with a nurturing environment and creates joy in learning that is sustained over time. All Five states that it values the unique presence that each child and adult brings to the world and practices care for the environment so it will continue to provide for them.

All Five’s mission is to empower all families to choose a high quality early childhood education for their children. The organization states that it is committed to building an equitable society in which each family, no matter their background, has access to high quality early childhood education in a nurturing and respectful learning community. The program states that it practices nurturing and respect for all to provide a foundation for children and families to flourish and that it is committed to continuous learning and maintaining a self-reflective team of teachers.
The leadership and governance team includes Omi Lindsey (Executive Director), Ana Guanzon (Finance and Operations Director), Hojayra Anaya (Facilities Manager), and Marcela Bonilla Hidalgo (Enrollment Specialist). The board includes Bonnie Lam (Board Chair), Roger Hansen (Board Treasurer), Léonie Walker (Board Secretary), and board members Andrew Elias, Karen Pace, and Ryan Carlon.
All Five lists “Our Partners” as part of its community involvement. One parent states that the staff “takes the time to enhance quality ways to have our children grow, respect others, and do a great job communicating with parents” and that “they genuinely care.” Another parent reports that their child was “beyond prepared for TK” and that the TK teacher “has been blown away by how much our daughter already knew before starting TK.” A third parent thanks All Five “for lighting the spark” and says that “every moment spent might help to change his worldview completely, it’s not only the objects but also the people.”
