All Five offers early childhood education through the Kriewall-Haehl Infant Toddler Program and a Preschool Program. The program uses an emergent curriculum and emphasizes a nurturing environment for children. It follows five stated strategies: Reflective Teaching, Resource Richness, Best Practices, Curriculum Sharing, and Resources Respecting The Environment.

The leadership and governance team includes Omi Lindsey (Executive Director), Ana Guanzon (Finance and Operations Director), Hojayra Anaya (Facilities Manager), and Marcela Bonilla Hidalgo (Enrollment Specialist). The board includes Bonnie Lam (Board Chair), Roger Hansen (Board Treasurer), Léonie Walker (Board Secretary), and board members Andrew Elias, Karen Pace, and Ryan Carlon.
