Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula Programs offer FREE, high-quality comprehensive services that span from kindergarten to and through college and career placement. The programs expand the school day and school year through after-school and summer programs and are currently provided at 29 different locations in under-served neighborhoods of San Mateo County.

The stated mission of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula Programs is to empower the youth in the community with equitable access to social, academic, and career opportunities to thrive. In partnership with schools, the organization expands the school day and school year through after-school and summer programs. Site and program leadership includes Maribel Guzman, Michael Jones, Lena Potts, Romel Parangan, Daniel Kaczanowski, Mike Vista, Yamileth Colocho, Margarett Qaqish, Lorena Alcayaga, Maria “Liz” Deras, Vanessa Olivarez, Arnulfo Prado, Rebecca Avendano, Manny Zarate, Roman Loza, Demetrius Hill, Maria Velasquez, Karen Hernandez, Litzi Reyes, Adrian Estrabos, Aya Prow, Fabiola Kerfoot, David Larios, Karina Contreras, and Ed Zavaleta Reyes in various Site Director and High School Success Advisor roles across the different school and clubhouse locations.
