Cypress College Prep is associated with the Bay Area tutoring group AJ Tutoring through its co-founders and includes a robust tutoring program and career readiness initiatives, with a focus on fostering a college-going culture.

The program is a WASC-accredited middle and high school college preparatory program, and its high school courses are UC A–G compliant.
