Menlo Park Academy of Dance

Menlo Park Academy of Dance offers recreational, competitive, and pre-professional dance tracks. The program includes a Summer Intensive Program with workshops, classes, and lectures, as well as a Winter Intensive, Junior Intensive for levels 4 and 5, and a Summer Intensive for intermediate and advanced dancers.

• Schedule: 2026 Summer classes run July 8–August 1, 2026; 2026 Summer Intensives run June 8–19, 2026. Main office hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm, and closed 12:30–1pm for lunch.

Menlo Park Academy of Dance has been a stalwart of dance excellence since 1947 and celebrated 75 years serving the local community on Saturday, September 10, 2022. The Academy states that it encourages dancers of all ages, shapes, and skill levels to pursue their love of dance through recreational, competitive, and pre-professional tracks, and that all students are encouraged and nurtured to explore their artistic instincts and the joy and beauty of dance. The school is an accredited Royal Academy school and a recipient of the Solo Seal Award, with an emphasis on classical ballet technique and a curriculum that includes a variety of dance genres. Menlo Park Academy of Dance is the official school of Menlo Park’s professional ballet company, Menlowe Ballet.
