Menlo Park Martial Arts

Menlo Park Martial Arts offers kids classes with martial arts instruction for children in elementary or middle school, with classes split by age. The program also offers teen classes for high school students, adult classes, and family classes for all ages and abilities. The kids and teen classes include self-defense, physical fitness, goal setting, resilience, respect, empathy, and patience, while the teen classes also cover personal responsibility, scheduling, homework and practice balance, friends, and workout habits.
