Founder and Director Ameer Shamsud-din is a Portland, Oregon native, a Top 100 recruit and All-American nominee in high school, and the all-time leading scorer in college, who played professionally, received Newcomer of The Year in Spain, and played in the NBA G-League for the Windy City Bulls. He began coaching in 2018, has received NBA and overseas coaching opportunities, and is an Adidas trainer and partner. Co-Founder and Women’s Director Rometra Craig-Shamsud-din is a Bay Area native who attended Archbishop Mitty, where she was California State Athlete of the Year and a WBCA All-American, and she played at Duke University, where she double majored in sociology and psychology and completed a master’s in coaching and athletic administration; she is described as an experienced teacher, mentor, coach, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience and is also an Adidas trainer and partner. The leadership team lists Ameer Shamsud-din as Director and Founder, and Rometra Craig-Shamsud-din as Women’s Director and Co-Founder, and notes that directors Ameer, Rometra, and Virender provide decades of basketball knowledge and wisdom, with additional coaches including Coach Zachary, Coach Virender, Coach Mohammed, Coach Aliya, Coach Maddy, Coach Brian, Coach Maddie, Coach Rometra, and Coach Jessica.
