He began coaching in 2018, has received NBA and overseas coaching opportunities, and is an Adidas trainer and partner. Co-Founder and Women’s Director Rometra Craig-Shamsud-din is a Bay Area native who attended Archbishop Mitty, where she was California State Athlete of the Year and a WBCA All-American, and she played at Duke University, where she double majored in sociology and psychology and completed a master’s in coaching and athletic administration; she is described as an experienced teacher, mentor, coach, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience and is also an Adidas trainer and partner.
