About
United Competitive Soccer offers competitive soccer for youth players. The program brings together players in a shared structure starting at the U13 level, when teams move to 11v11 play and require larger rosters. It creates dynamic and well-matched teams and offers elite coaching and exceptional playing opportunities for all qualified players.
• Schedule: Flexible off-season training options are available for players outside of the main competitive season.
The mission of United Competitive Soccer is to extend community-based development pathways for local youth players by uniting the competitive soccer clubs of Corte Madera, Mill Valley, and Tiburon. The program supports multi-sport athletes with flexible off-season training and strengthens community and club connections.
Parents have described the coaching as excellent and noted that the larger and more dedicated player pool has been positive socially as players branch out to other towns. One parent shared that the coach and program brought several girls back to soccer, including as preparation for high school, and that the players returned to really enjoying the game. Another parent stated that keeping quality soccer in Marin is appreciated by working parents with multiple children. Parents have also said that it is helpful to have an option for girls who play multiple sports but want a highly competitive soccer season that lasts for only one season, and one parent described the United Program as a “godsend” that reignited their son's passion for soccer.
