Millbrae Lions Baseball offers several youth baseball divisions, including Shetland Tee Ball (6U), Pinto (8U), Mustang (10U), Bronco (12U), and Pony (14U). The program also includes activities such as Spring 2026 Opening Day Ceremonies, Team Photo Day, Youth Umpire Training, Maddogs Travel Ball, and the Cooperstown - Maddogs 12U Tournament. On Team Photo Day, participants must complete an order form to take a photo and receive a photo.

The Millbrae Spring Ball program consists of several different leagues for 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U. Team Photo Day is scheduled for Sunday, March 22, 2026. Millbrae Lions Baseball is connected with the Millbrae Lions International Club.
The leadership team includes President Marc Dimalanta, former presidents Ramiro Hernandez, Steve Henderson, and Kevin O'Neil, and multiple board members such as Dany Khloth, Calvin Fung (Registrar), Gordon Cheng (Field & Schedule Coordinator), Kenny Tanaka, Daniel Hom (Treasurer), Tony Adornetto, Chad Narvasa, Stephen Finn, Jeff Lue, Tim Murkett, Doug Laidlaw, Tom Paseka, Nathan Wang, Ling Choi, Chris Falzon, Michelle Cheng, Nate von Fischer, and EJ Gutierrez. Special Advisors to the Board include Steve Henderson, Kevin O'Neil, Gabe Ortiz, Patrick Lui, Ed Yee, and Jeff Lui.
