Camp Happy Hall offers a wide range of hands-on activities, including STEM workshops in life, earth, physical, and space science, as well as mathematics and engineering projects like designing simple machines and science experiments. Campers can take part in Creative Arts workshops such as music, gardening, painting, sculpting, and Art Lab, along with Movement workshops that include dance, teamwork, sportsmanship, and concentration activities. The program also features interactive storytime, scavenger hunts, memory games, creative puzzles, Tinker Lab, Slime Lab, Camp-Cade with games like air hockey and foosball, recreational swimming, soccer, volleyball, ping pong, card games, crafts, Big Kicks Soccer, gymnastics, Foam Parties, Talent Shows, Pizza Parties, water games, poolside activities, and Costume Contests.

Camp Happy Hall has been a trusted choice for families since 1951 and states that it has been crafting lifelong memories for over 70 years. The program describes its mission as cultivating the next generation of curious, compassionate, and confident humans, with a goal of helping campers grow by developing skills that deepen their understanding of the world and equip them with tools to thrive. It also states an aim to nurture confident, curious, and compassionate young individuals who will shape a brighter future.

Camp Happy Hall offers workshops and labs across STEM, creative arts, movement, and brain-focused activities, with over 60 unique workshops available. Hands-on labs include Tinker Lab, Slime Lab, Art Lab, Science Lab, and Camp-Cade, and enrichment options include recreational swimming, sports, themed celebrations, and interactive games. The program offers exclusive access to the private Millbrae Meadows Swim Club with a heated full-size pool and wading pool, and optional swim lessons are available at the Millbrae location. Field trips are offered to destinations such as Memorial Park, the Exploratorium, USS Hornet, and Junipero Serra Park. Additional features include the Big Kicks Soccer program, Funtastic Fridays with a Pizza Party and Costume Contest, and a Camp Life Skills system that uses colored tickets, a Camp Life Skills raffle, and a Camp Treasure Box.

Daily morning and afternoon snacks are included in camp fees. Campers can use a Sandwich Bar Monday through Thursday to build their own sandwiches, and every Friday includes a Free-Lunch Friday with pizza and salad. The program also notes that a Sandwich Bar is available Monday–Thursday and that daily snacks are included. Families have access to the 1CORE Family App, which uses a unique pin system for authorized pick-up and provides real-time updates, and the camp offers flexible AM and PM Add-Ons for extended care.

Camp Happy Hall highlights a Teen Leaders program that blends leadership development with the camp experience. The program also features a themed Tranquility Forest area. Camp Happy Hall states that many of its staff are the same teachers from its before and after-school programs, with a combined total of over 100 years of teaching experience with Happy Hall Schools.

Camp staff receive year-round training and are CPR and First Aid certified, and the program notes that staff are CPR and First Aid certified as part of its credentials. Taylor, the Director of Operations, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University and has eight years of experience working with children. Tiffany, the Millbrae Program Lead for Summer Camp and Program Lead, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development with a concentration in School Age Child and Family and a minor in Mathematics from San Francisco State University, and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Colleen, Camp Admin and Head of Education, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development from San Francisco State University and is CPR and First Aid certified. Conner, Millbrae Program Lead for Summer Camp and Program Lead, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide. Additional leadership roles include Marina as Camp Director for the Millbrae Campus, and Brigette and Nichole as Camp Directors for the Pacifica Campus.
