Valley Rush offers track and field, tackle football, summer speed training, and private training for athletes ages 4-18, with divisions listed from Sub-gremlin to Young Men/Women. Track and field practices meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM or 6:30-8:00 PM, or on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-8:00 PM. Tackle football meets on Sundays from 12:00-1:30 PM and Tuesday-Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM.

- Tackle football — Ages 4-17 · Sundays 12:00-1:30 PM; Tuesday-Thursday 6:00-8:00 PM · 2026 season registration is now closed. Current physical required, dated after November 30, 2025, stamped by a physician. 20 hours of practice is required before any hitting drills can take place.
- Summer Speed Lab — Mondays and Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 AM · $200 · Weekdays: July 6, 2026 - July 29, 2026. Maximum 30 athletes. Non-refundable.
- Summer Speed Training - Session 2 — Sundays 9:00-10:00 AM · $150 · July 26, 2026 - August 30, 2026. Maximum 30 athletes. Non-refundable.

About the provider
Valley Rush says it is one of Southern California’s premier youth sports organizations and offers year-round sports for young athletes. Coach Terrell is the president of San Fernando Valley Rush and the head coach of Bishop Alemany’s track and field team. The source says he led the GHCHS team to a historic CIF State Championship in 2022, the first LA City Section victory since 2005.
