Robert H. Lange Christian Preschool & Kindergarten

Robert H. Lange Christian Preschool & Kindergarten includes weekly Chapels and daily lessons where children learn Bible stories. Children engage in large and small group discussions, play games, do arts and crafts, and make new friends. Weekly Chapels and daily lessons teach the good news of God's love and His promise of grace.

Robert H. Lange Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is a ministry of Mount of Olives Church, and has been in operation since 1967, the same year the church was founded. Families have trusted Robert H. Lange Christian Preschool & Kindergarten for over 50 years. All staff and volunteers are fingerprinted and background checked. The campus is locked during school hours, parents have key cards for pick-up and drop-off access, and all visitors must wear an approved identification badge and be with an employee while on campus.

The program’s stated mission is “To know Christ and make Him known!” and its vision is to create a play based environment balanced with pre-academic surroundings while celebrating and honoring each student’s diversity of gifts, abilities, and background without regard to race, religion, national origin or ancestry. The program describes an individualized, child-centered approach with hands-on, developmentally appropriate practices and details of Christian values and empowerment of the child.

Robert H. Lange Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is nationally accredited and locally recognized for quality Early Childhood Development in a unique Christian environment. It is NAEYC Accredited, and was one of the first preschools to earn this accreditation, receiving a score of 100% on three of the ten NAEYC standards and 100%+ on the remaining seven. The school notes that space is limited and advises families to enroll as soon as possible before a wait list forms.
