About

Phoenix Volleyball School offers a program where participants learn volleyball and practice the individual and team skills involved in the sport. The program includes instruction and practice in how to serve, pass, set, hit, block, and dig the ball, using fun drill and game situations.

Coach Xiaofeng H. Foret founded Phoenix Volleyball School in 2008. The program’s stated goal is to give participants the opportunity to improve their skills and learn new ones. Students are taught the correct technique to serve, pass, set, hit, block, and dig the ball by World Class Volleyball Player-Coach Xiaofeng Hu Foret and her coaching staff. Coach Xiaofeng Foret has over 50 years of volleyball experience and was a Chinese Women’s Volleyball National Team player. Her playing credentials include 1st place at the 10th World Women’s Volleyball Championships in 1986, 1st place at the Asia Women’s Volleyball Championships in 1986, and 1st place at the 10th Asia Games in 1986.
