SV5 NFL Flag Football League - The Five! offers flag football, including regular league play and special events such as a FREE flag football camp and a FREE Flag Football Jamboree. The program also includes events like the 2025 Holiday Classic Tournament, the 2025 Spring Season Jamboree, and the 2024 Spring Season Player Combine. Champions receive rings at the 2025 Holiday Classic Tournament, and the tournament fee covers a minimum of three pool play games with a single elimination championship round.

SV5 NFL Flag Football League - The Five! has been bringing a premier flag football experience to the children of south Santa Clara Valley since 2004. The program states, “We are happy to have you join us as we empower youth through sports.” It is described as the South Valley's only NFL FLAG sanctioned league. The program is involved with the San Francisco 49ers through activities such as hosting the SF 49ers Prep Girls Flag Camp, attending 49ers Training Camp, and participating in events where 49ers Varsity Flag welcomes The Five! to Levi Stadium for the Annual Spring Jamboree. The Five! players and families also attended a special night at the June 7th game against the Tulsa Oilers.
