Gymtowne Gymnastics Coastside Day Camps include gymnastics, obstacle courses, and games. Each camp day follows a structured schedule that repeats Monday through Friday during the listed summer sessions.

Gymtowne Gymnastics Coastside is a local, family-owned business that has served the Half Moon Bay community for more than 30 years. Owner Kayla Strom leads the program and states that the goal is to provide a fun and safe environment for students along the Coastside and beyond to gain self-confidence, build body-awareness, and develop socially through gymnastics. Instructors are certified by USA Gymnastics and, if they are 18 years or older, undergo USAG’s NCIS Criminal Background Check. The facility is 14,000 square feet and includes three gym areas called the Main Gym, the Mini Gym, and the Rug Bug Gym, each with viewing areas.
Campers are required to participate in bare feet, with shoulder-length or longer hair tied back off the face and secured with flat clips, and no bobby pins or lumpy clips. Girls are asked to wear leotards, and boys are asked to wear close fitting T-shirts tucked in, with shorts, tights, or warm-up pants that allow full movement and do not cover the feet; tutus, skirts, zippers, buttons, buckles, and jeans are not allowed. Warm-up suits are recommended for coming to and from the gym, and post earrings are the only jewelry allowed. Students with a cast on an arm or leg may not participate. Campers should bring a water bottle, lunch, and snacks, and children are also welcome to bring hand sanitizer and masks, which are optional.
