Bayer Ballet Academy Programs include Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Character, Stretching & Strengthening, Summer Intensives, Summer Camps, Master Classes, professional performance and competition opportunities, and Day Program Professional Coaching. The programs also offer a Summer Intensive for ages 8–18, Summer Camps for ages 5–8, and Summer Weekend Classes for ages 3–8.

Bayer Ballet Academy Programs are led by Artistic Director Inna Bayer, who is associated with Bayer Ballet, Vaganova Center of Excellence. Faculty directly hail from the Vaganova Academy and Bolshoi, where they received their training, teaching credentials, and advanced graduate degrees in pedagogy. The program offers Vaganova-based training for dedicated young dancers through an artfully-rigorous curriculum presenting Vaganova technique in its purest form, and Bayer Ballet is described as a Vaganova Center of Excellence. Master Classes are offered year-round with world-renowned artists, and Bayer Ballet Company is dedicated to preserving the traditions of the Vaganova method, including professional performance and competition opportunities.
Bayer Ballet Company was formed in 2008. Its mission is to enhance the cultural well-being of the community by creating equitable accessibility to the Vaganova method through educational and interactive events and world-class performances, which expose and explore the intricacies of this method, thereby providing the purest experience and insights into this artform. Bayer Ballet Company serves as a community service organization, committed to providing accessibility to the art and culture of the Vaganova method of classical ballet and to enhancing the cultural well-being of the community, and is dedicated to making the classical discipline of ballet accessible to new generations and contributing enriching cultural experiences to the community.
Bayer Ballet has received multiple recognitions, including the Isadora Duncan Dance Awards “The Izzie’s” Special Achievement Award to Inna Bayer, the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Organization Bayer Ballet (2023), Best Dance Studio in Mountain View from Mountain View The Voice in 2023 and 2024, and Youth America Grand Prix “Outstanding School” from 2018 through 2025. Additional awards include YAGP Finals 1st Place Ensemble and 2nd Place Senior Division 2024, Hope Award 2023–2025, Youth Grand Prix 2022–2025, Grand Prix 2020 and 2024, Shelley King Award for Artistry 2024, Natalia Makarova Award for Artistry 2022, and Young Arts Winner with Distinction 2020 and 2024.
