Bayer Ballet Academy Programs include Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Character, and Stretching & Strengthening classes, as well as Summer Intensives, Summer Camps, and Master Classes. The faculty for Bayer Ballet Academy Programs directly hail from the Vaganova Academy and Bolshoi, where they received their training, teaching credentials, and advanced graduate degrees in pedagogy. The Artistic Director of Bayer Ballet is Inna Bayer. Bayer Ballet Academy Programs use Vaganova-based training and an artfully rigorous curriculum presenting Vaganova technique in its purest form, with internationally-acclaimed faculty. The program offers Master Classes year-round, a Day Program with rigorous training for homeschooled dancers, a Male Dancer Program, Adult Classes, and a Grown-Up & Me program. The facilities include nine studios, two outdoor studios with raised wooden floors, and a courtyard for students to gather and study while waiting for class.

Bayer Ballet Company’s mission is to enhance the cultural well-being of the community by creating equitable accessibility to the Vaganova method through educational and interactive events and world-class performances, which expose and explore the intricacies of this method; thereby, providing the purest experience and insights into this artform. Bayer Ballet Company was formed to serve as a community service organization, committed to providing accessibility to the art and culture of the Vaganova method of classical ballet, and is dedicated to making the classical discipline of ballet accessible to new generations and contributing enriching cultural experiences to the community. Bayer Ballet Company is a 501(c)(3) public charity organization dedicated to preserving traditions of the Vaganova method and contributing enriching cultural experiences to the community. The organization history is documented from 2005–2026.

Bayer Ballet and its programs have received multiple honors, including the Isadora Duncan Dance Award 2025; Outstanding Organization 2023 by Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Celebration of Leaders & ATHENA Awards; Best dance studio in Mountain View 2023 and 2024 by Mountain View The Voice; Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) Outstanding School 2018–2026; YAGP Finals 1st Place Ensemble 2024; YAGP Finals 2nd Place Senior Division 2024; Hope Award 2023, 2024, 2025; Youth Grand Prix 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025; Grand Prix 2020, 2024; Shelley King Award for Artistry 2024; Natalia Makarova Award for Artistry 2022; Young Arts Winner with Distinction 2020 and 2024; and an Outstanding Organization honor from Mountain View Chamber of Commerce Celebration of Leaders & ATHENA Awards, Santa Clara County, on May 4, 2023.
