The Combat Fitness component combines physical activity with cardio and strength training, and families can access a 3 day trial membership.

The owner, founder, and head instructor, Guro Adrian Tandez, has over 29 years of martial arts experience and is a third-generation Jeet Kune Do instructor within the Bruce Lee lineage. He is a certified instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto and Paul Vunak and holds ranks in multiple martial arts disciplines. The mission of Warrior Combat Arts Academy is to stop and prevent unwanted violence that can threaten the safety and well-being of everyday individuals. The academy states that every person has the inalienable right to defend and protect themselves against aggression and to live secure in their environments. To support this mission, the academy offers training that addresses all forms of violence, physical, emotional, and mental abuse, threats and intimidation, bullying, criminal actions, and sexual assault. The mission further emphasizes realistic training in authentic fighting techniques, a nurturing environment for proper training and education, and goals that include unshakeable confidence, preparedness in confrontation, composure under pressure, and inner strength and resilience for its students.
