The Junior Program offers kids tennis lessons through a junior tennis program that includes private tennis lessons, group kids tennis lessons, a tots tennis class, a stars tennis class, a JR/HS tennis class, summer tennis camps, and jr. round robins. The program also has ongoing organized play options such as team tennis and organized play, and provides racquet stringing. Fun is stated as the number one ingredient for all junior groups, and the Junior Program consists of three different groups: Tots, Stars, and JR/HS, with an 8:1 student to teacher ratio.
• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: TOTS classes meet in 30-minute sessions on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons; STARS and JR/HS classes meet in 60-minute sessions on multiple weekday afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings; all Jr. Program groups run year-round with monthly, ongoing registration.

TOTS classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00–4:30 PM, and Tots train with the orange ball. STARS classes meet Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30–5:30 PM, Friday from 4:00–5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00–10:00 AM and 10:00–11:00 AM, with Stars beginners training with the orange ball, advanced beginners with the green ball, and intermediate players with the yellow ball. JR/HS classes meet Monday and Wednesday from 6:30–7:30 PM, Thursday from 5:30–6:30 PM, Friday from 5:00–6:00 PM, and Saturday from 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, and intermediate Stars and JR/HS sessions require pro approval prior to registration.
All Jr. Program groups are ongoing year-round, and all group registrations are on an auto billing cycle with billing on the 1st of each month until written notice of cancellation is received, with pro-rated billing based on four classes per month. All court usage is by reservation only, and parents and spectators can watch their child from outside the courts, but parents are not allowed on the court while teaching. The program is led by USPTA Certified Teaching Professionals, and Murrieta Tennis Club also offers adult beginning and advanced tennis clinics, club play with organized doubles play, league play, tournaments, club socials, live ball, pick-up games, team tennis, and USTA adult tennis leagues.
Murrieta Tennis Club is owned by Kent “Mitch” Mitchell, CEO, and Carolyn Mitchell, CFO, who are listed as the owners. Murrieta Tennis Club took residence on the grounds of the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in 1997. The stated goal of the club is to provide members with a fun and relaxed environment where they can hone their skills, get involved, and have access to quality instruction.
