Tech Lab Jiu Jitsu offers Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training for kids, teens, and adults. The program focuses on Jiu Jitsu techniques, including both Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and general Jiu Jitsu. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is open to ages 5 and up and all skill levels.

Tech Lab Jiu Jitsu is a family-owned and operated academy dedicated to providing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense training for both kids and adults. All classes are led by experienced instructors, with instructor assistants present to provide close supervision and individual attention. The program follows a mission to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students of all ages can build confidence, discipline, and real-world skills through Jiu Jitsu. The academy states that it holds high standards for student safety, gym cleanliness, and technical instruction, and the mats are sanitized daily. The facility is equipped with FUJI Subfloor SuperBlock mats, which are designed to provide comfort and impact absorption to help reduce strain from throws, takedowns, and falls.

New students receive a one-week free trial, and loaner gis are available so students can start training right away. Families are asked to have students arrive with a clean gi, trimmed nails, a water bottle, and a positive attitude.
