D-BAT Oakley Baseball & Softball Training offers baseball training, softball training, batting cages, camps, clinics, and private lessons. The program also offers birthday party rentals with options ranging from DIY to all inclusive, along with memberships, cage rentals, and access to a pro shop. The indoor, climate-controlled facility includes batting cages that throw real baseballs and softballs and is described as exceptionally well-lit, with an environment that invites parents to be a part of their ballplayer’s development.

D-BAT Oakley has professional instructors who “don't just know baseball and softball - they live and breathe it.” At D-BAT, it is the stated mission to provide a quality teaching environment with quality instruction to enhance the baseball experience for players at all levels from little league through the pros. D-BAT was founded in 1998 by Cade and Kyle Griffis, began franchising operations in 2008, and lists Cade Griffis as CEO. D-BAT is described as the largest network of training facilities in the country and is considered the premier facility in the country, and also offers a franchise network of training facilities plus a full line of products including wood bats, gloves, batting gloves, and baseball and softball accessories.
