It says the learning program was designed with support from the California Department of Education and that all Children’s Paradise Centers rank among the highest in San Diego County. It is also presented as the Fathers & Families Coalition of America Affiliate of the Year.

Enrollment requires visiting the center and taking a tour. Children’s Paradise says children with disabilities are welcome and accommodations are implemented. Tuition is based on the current Fee Schedule provided during the admission conference unless participating in a subsidy program. Financial assistance programs listed include California State Preschool, Early Head Start, Head Start, Alternative Payment Programs, and Quality Preschool Initiative. The center states it does not discriminate on specified protected bases.
